We want your visit to Awa to be the best spa experience you've ever had. We provide the following information to help ensure that we reach that goal for each client.
Appointments Are Recommended
Walk-ins are always welcome. The best way to ensure that your favorite services and staff are all available is to make your appointments in advance and to confirm them with your credit card.
Spa Etiquette
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you enough time to check-in, slip into a comfy spa robe and cushy pair of slippers, and enjoy a complimentary Lemon infused water, tonic or tea in our Lounge BEFORE you begin your treatment, service or procedure.

Changes, Cancellations, and No-Show Policies
Awa’s therapists and estheticians are highly trained professionals who are scheduled to serve you based upon the confirmed appointments you schedule. It is important to allow yourself at least TWO HOURS whenever you find it necessary to change or cancel confirmed appointments, to avoid a 30% change/cancellation fee. Individuals who do not show up and do not cancel their appointments will be charged for the full service.
Rights and Responsibility
As an adult client at Awa Spa, you have both the RIGHT and the RESPONSIBILITY to fully communicate any health concerns, special needs and/or expectations you may have about receiving your services directly to the therapist, esthetician or nurse providing the service BEFORE receiving it. In return, we pledge to check-in with you throughout your service to make sure you are comfortable and your expectations are fulfilled.
Gratuities and Tipping
Gratuities not included. Please consider tipping as you would in a fine restaurant.
